Been going to Dr. Fields for years. Always enjoyed the visit ! Very professional and seem like he knew what he was doing . But after my last visit I called the office to get a copy of my test results to take to an appointment for some test and was given the year before! After going to a specialist, everything Dr. Fields had told me when he got the test results was inaccurate! Incompetent! After his call about the results he got my hopes up to only to find that he had mislead me! Should have been honest that he could not read the results as written! Now wondering what else he might have gotten wrong. My whole family had used him but we are now looking for a new family care doctor and doing research into that person before having all files transferred! My whole family will be getting a complete physical once a new competent doctor is found!

I've visited Dr. Fields twice. On both occassions I encountered rude office staff, particularly the woman that took my vital signs and temperature before seeing the doctor. Upon seeing Dr. Fields, his demeanor seemed somewhat passive about what I was explaining to him about my symptoms. His diagnoses, explanation of my symptoms and plan of treatment was inept at best and I Iack confidence in his abilities as a physician. I will reiterate that his office staff are very rude and impolite in their treatment of patients.

So I have been going to Dr. Fields for years and everytime I go he acts like he has never treated me before. Doesnt remember my medical history. Doesnt seem to read my chart. He is always in a rush I wait for almost two hours everytime just for him to spend two minutes looking at me. He spends most of thise two minutes on his laptop. I would not recomend and i will be finding a new doctor.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Waiting area is filthy, waited over a hour for appointment after lunch while DR Fields hung out talking bike riding at nurse station. Never ever go here!

Office staff is very rude. Office hours are terrible and if you have an emergency, they will not call you back. Wait time for an appointments are at least 2 hours and then Dr. Fields half listens to what your saying b/c he is always in a hurry! Never knows what is in your chart from prev. visits. If you don't have something easy to treat, he will just refer you to a specialist that will cost you a fortune....

Dr. Fields is a nice person but he does not instill confidence in me when it comes to his medical knowledge and abilities. I took my 5 year old son to him when my son acquired a severe cough overnight. When we finally saw the doctor, he told me we must have caught it too early to be able to tell what it is and told me just to keep doing whatever I was doing. I tried unsuccessfully for a YEAR to get my son into him for his school age immunizations and was given several different stories over the phone as to why they did not have the immunizations and the wait times are horrendous. We always spend several hours at the office. Not pleased at all with the medical care or the staff at this facility.

Dr Fields is a sweet person. That's the only good thing about this practice. The front receptionist is rude.Don't ever get a broken bone or sick child because that receptionist is too lazy to try to get them in...even if you limp in with a swollen, bruised foot that may be broken. She's too busy talking to other staff. If anything happens..I.e. ..a broken bone, sick child, you can't breath,etc...make sure you PLAN it three days in advance or they won't let you in.The lazy receptionist will simply tell you to go to Walgreen's. Also... ..I sat in the office one day unable to breath.I had to get a breathing treatment.I sat there struggling for nearly 2 hours.
