BEWARE! Neither the doctor or his office had given my doctor the needed 'cd' of my mri that the speialist will need to look at for his diagnosis... When I called, the doctor wouldn't take my call nor would his office send me the 'cd' and they wanted for me to drive all the way back to their facility and pick it up myself even though that was something that they should be doing for everyone!!!!!!

Reluctant to provide referrals unless company has contract with specialist that does not require his IPA to pay a fee for each referral. Sometimes unwilling to discuss medical options. Focuses on high volume. Tried to get leg operation for 3 years with his IPA, switched IPA and got operatiion in one month.
