Dr. Thompson and his staff were & are extremely caring and detail oriented in all phases of my treatment after being referred to him due to a dog attack. I am very grateful to Dr Thompson and his entire staff.

Dr. Thompson & his staff are top notch. I understand the previous person's complaint about punctuality, but I believe he is such a good doctor, I am willing to wait. I was squeezed into the schedule when I broke my leg & I know others who need attention are being squeezed into the schedule, too. I appreciate his excellent care before, during and after surgery. I am thankful I was referred to him.

never on time. i understand that being 2 hours late for my surgery was because surgeries in front of me could not be rushed. But he is consistently late, 1-1/2 hours the last time 2 hours the time before that, for office. appointments. Find a doctor that will respect your time. So habitually late that co-workers will tell you to make your appointment as early in the day as possible, the later the appointment, the longer the delay. His assistant does not return phone calls. When you call you will always get an answering machine. this is the most aggravating doctor experience i have had in 60 years. be forewarned.
