TERRIBLY RUDE, ARROGANT, and very agressive while doing a paps, I actually had pain the next day. His staff was also extremely rude. He is money hungry individual and will do unnessary examinations and then stick you will a huge remainder of whatever your insurance did not cover. it was the most uncomfortable experience i've had. if you are considering this doctor THINK AGAIN

After switching insurance, my new Primary Dr. told me to see a gynecologist to discuss the history of intense pelvic pain I have been experiencing & the previous treatments. After making an appointment specifically for this purpose, Dr. Brovender would not discuss this with me; He coldly said to "come back with a referral". My primary doctor told me I did not need a referral for this type of visit & Dr. Brovender's staff did not offer to call my primary Dr. for this alleged "necessary referral" during my visit. But they did do a Pap so they could charge the insurance for something while I was there! During the visit I asked Dr. Brovender if he could PLEASE discuss the intense pelvic pain related to my periods - he coldly told me to "Take Motrin" - when I stressed that Motrin doesn't help AT ALL - he again said to come back with a referral. Due to the COLD NATURE OF THIS DOCTOR & THE UNHELPFULNESS OF HIS STAFF - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR. TO ANYONE!!!
