I have always had good experiences at the Family Medical Clinic. Dr. Butler is very knowledgeable and professional, and the staff have always been very helpful.

I have never been treated so poorly by a "professional" in my life. The receptionist was awful, rude, and unfriendly. She was terrible. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone!

Prescribed a 6-month antibiotics course for suspected tuberculosis refusing to do additional tests. Alternative, more thorough tests ordered by a different MD showed no tuberculosis! Butler juggles several patients at a time making them wait while she makes "rounds" from one room to the other. Out of 90 min spent at her offices only about 20 min face time with the "doctor".
