Harry has been very involved in my care for over 15 years. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and explains things so that I can understand. He starts out with the least invasive treatment and works up from there. He is usually on time. I have, however, waited for one hour to see him. I will say that when I do see him he spends as much time with me as I need and answers all questions. I don't mind waiting for a doctor like this (don't like it, but worth it). He is retiring Aug 31, 2008, and my wife and I will really miss him.

The doctor was in a rush & 45 minutes late to our appt. I had scheduled a well visit but the office staff had put down a 'chronic throat infection' and he wouldn't talk about anything else. He asked how long ago I'd booked the appt, when I said 6 weeks he looked surprised but said I would have to book another appt. He was rude and snappy and very unprofessional.
