Dr Jean is friendly and easy to talk to but sometimes does't listen to what I'm saying. Usually have to wait half hour or more pass my appointment time. My annual physical is short and not what I consider to be a physical.
However she has adjusted my melds to where they should be.

Takes the time to listen, addresses your internal medicine issues, she is good at reviewing your labs and does know what is going on with you when other doctors contact her. I hesitate to go to her when it's not a big thing I go to our local urgent care just because the wait is sooo long at doctor tan's office though.

BEWARE: Overbilled and never refunded me or FSA and HRA accounts. Staff never corrected problem. Numerous phone calls and visit to office were a waste of time. Due to gross incompetence of staff regarding billing would avoid Dr. Tan.

Very professional, intelligent primary doctor that really listens to your problems and issues and always gives you her full un-divided attention. Since moving to Nashville I have had 3 other doctors that didn't pay attention or care about what you had to say. I honestly feel lucky to have met a physician that really cares about what you have to say, and will do anything for you. I found my doctor for years to come, if not for the rest of my days. Thank you Dr. Tan. You're the best!

Dr Tan is a very good doctor. She takes the time to listen to her patients and she is deicated to being the best physician a person could want. I highly recommend her!

very nice and takes the time to listen to you...however, I was misdiagnosed and that left me with an uncomfortable feeling...
