Very pleased with the staff, nurses and doctor. I have three kids, two with complex needs. They are professional, understanding and helpful and more importantly good to my kids. Happy we found this doctors office after a year of living in the area. Highly recommend them.

I love this doctor and her staff. I am very hard to please when it comes to a Doctor ( because of my own medical issues ). I trust Dr Richards and she is always available. She loves children and I know she really loves my daughter. The staff is fun and kind all the time. The Doctor will get on the phone and talk to you if need be. I cannot express how AWESOME this office is and how lucky I feel to have my 2 year old taken care of by her. She is the best kept secret in our area. I look forward to the visits and my daughter LOVES Dr Richards and the staff there. They are more like friends to us because that is how they make you feel.

This is by far the best doctor I've ever met. She will answer any and all your questions no matter how silly they are and will take the time to explain things to you when you don't understand and never makes you feel stupid. She is very good with my child and her nurses are also very friendly. When you call they help as soon as they can and if they need to talk to the doctor they get back to you very quick.

When it comes to pediatrics, Dr Richards-Rowley is this area's best kept secret! For years I went to a very popular doc office in the area, and while the docs were good, they wouldn't always accept my insurance and I always had to wait for long times in the waiting room with cranky sick kids, and the building was run down. Dr Richard-Rowley's office is new and one of the cleanest I ever seen. She is extremely personable with me and the kids. She always takes her time. Her nurses are always very helpful and kind. I've never had a problem getting a same day appoint and the longest I've ever waited was probably 15 mins, if not at all! The doc also helped me out by giving me samples of prescriptions when she knew my insurance wouldnt cover it. She really has a heart for what she is doing, and it seems like not too many pple know about her yet! I've already sent 3 families over her way!!! My friend orginally recommended her and I'm so glad she did!!!
