The worst receptionist ever! Rude staff! Long wait for an average doctor. Do not recommend this practice

I cannot believe this man is still practicing...now that's a good term! "Practicing" because he does not know a darn thing! My husband saw him years ago. Katz was unprofessional and paranoid. My husband was referred to him and as it turned out he did not have any ENT problems at all. He had a virus - Epstein-Barr Virus that affected the cerebellum in his brain. My husband got better over time but the memory of the horrible service we received and the cruel tests this man put my husband through are still in my memory...and in my notebook because I documented everything. Shame on you Katz!

Dr. Katz is great. He's funny and keeps it real, plus he's a talented doctor. He won't push you to have surgery, and he listens to you. He doesn't take your complaints lightly and he always knows how to make you feel better. That isn't always prescriptions etc. Trust him. And as for that weird review about refusing to get a scope: how else is he gonna see if you're infected or not....? Don't very well want to have antibiotics thrown at you if you just have a cold. Anyway he's great and is my go-to. Highly recommend. (And trust me, I have been to some awful ENTs.)

I have been a patient of Dr. Katz' for many years. He is an EXCELLENT diagnostician. He is warm, compassionate and thorough. He does have a dry sense of human. That paired with a keen intellect and curiosity makes for an outstanding doctor with an engaging personality. He is the best!

Dr Harry Katz is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He's nasty, abrupt and has zero compassion. I was very sick and he threw me out of the office in front of his entire staff, patients etc stating" think twice about scheduling another appointment." All this because I had a sinus infection and didn't see necessity of using numbing agent and a scope. He allowed me to leave his office after going to his office sick in a rain storm, and completing several forms without a prescription for antibiotics. I had no choice but to go to the urgent care across the street. I was given antibiotics and steroidal nasal spray. I have lupus and leaving an infection untreated is not a good thing. I really should have gone to the valley hospital er and explained the situation to them. I called my insurance and filed a complaint. Avoid like the plague!

Mr Katz (I refuse to use his apparent title given the trauma he put my wife and I through the past 7 months) may have 30 years experience in his chosen ‘profession’, but he is not getting any wiser. His performance is poor, and as parents, we suffered because of his pitiful work on my son. I wrote a more in-depth comment but was way over the character limit when expressing my disapproval of this man and the pain we went through as our son choked and gagged and threw up his food. I would not recommend Mr Katz to anyone.

Dr. Katz is a wonderful physician and human being. He performed surgery on my troublesome sinuses, and now I've recovered perfectly. He showed concern and interest in my issues, and he was friendly and most capable. His assistant is very capable, and the office does well in processing so many people to the number of physicians in the practice.

As unprofessional as Doctors come. He came in sat down without greeting me or my mother. Asked me why I was here then told me that I was making things up and I didn't look sick. He even gave us the "time out" sign then with no warning stuck something up my nose to numb me. No bedside manner what so ever, told me all he could do was describe anti-depressants and that I should not come back though I have been sick for over 6 months and keep being referred to new doctors to try to figure out what I have.
