Dr. Horkheimer is the best Dr. in the world. He treated me for cancer and for I see him monthly for my RA treatments. He is caring he listens to my concerns and he truely does care about his patients. He never stops trying to find the best care and the best treatment for you. He is one of a kind and I would not be here today if I did not have him as my Doctor. "The Best of The Best"

Very kind and sensitive doctor but also a straight talker. Highly recommend him to everyone. Being treated for cancer is hard both emotionally and physically. He doesn't forget the emotional side. Nurses in chemo treatment room were great. There are 2 rooms, one quiet and one with a TV and talking. Really liked not being alone during infusions.Room was cheerfully decorated & clean. Would be nice if they provided some snacks though.

Dr. H is an outstanding caregiver, but he office he works in is often dirty, ill equipped, and staffed with some loud-mouth nurses who shout across the room to their co-workers information which should remain private. The treatment room is one large room with everybody looking and listening to everybody else...no privacy. This is unacceptable and the entire office should be stripped and redesigned for better patient care. Some of the nurses are crass and loud and apparently just caring when the bell strikes 5"00 PM. Dr. H doesn't belong in this compromising situation, and should move to another better appointed office with a staff that is professional and cares about patient privacy. Often the lounge chairs where you sit when treated are dirty and have grease on the headrest. Some of the bathrooms need serious repair, and there isn't a place to get a cup of coffee or tea. The "food room" has teabags in a box and often is out of everything else. No crackers,nothing,disgraceful!

The best oncologist with outstanding credentials... this doctor actually listens to what you are saying and responds... nothing but rave reviews from me :)

Went to two other oncologists & was nothing more than a number with an insurance card. Dr. Horkheimer spent over 40 minutes with me, staff was great, saw me on time and wanted to get to know me and my cancer. I felt welcome and have finally found the right doctor. I was really impressed - makes the whole experience a little bit easier.

Up to date on latest medical treatments, explains treatments in easy to understand language, very caring, follows up on your condition, couldn't ask for a better doctor
