This doctor will not value your time. I had previously been a patient of Dr. Mello. I had serious medical conditions and moved all of my doctors to the Mayo Clinic. Once I was in remission, I decided to return to Dr. Mello. I waited for three months for an appointment; then, I waited 45 minutes to see this doctor. Dr. Mello was rude, brash and disrespectful of my time and my condition. She briefly told me that she does not take old patients back. No apologies, but she did inform me that she would not bill me for the appt. What appointment? Ridiculous. She left the examining room closing the door behind her leaving me wondering if she would see me or not. I decided to find out. Dr. Mello was nowhere to be found. Now I was very angry. The receptionists gave me back my check. I did holler at them for having me wait three months. I had planned to have a long doctor-patient relationship and instead was treated with disrespect from a doctor with a very large ego.

She's a very good listener and is quite knowledgeable.
