Do NOT go to this clinic. The clinic is a joke. My fiancé and I went to this clinic in hopes to find out if we could get pregnant or if we had to explore IVF. We were told that we could not get pregnant on our own and they immediately tried to push IVF. However, a few weeks later we found out that we were pregnant. Then the problems started. The clinic began to incorrectly code services and charge us for services we did not receive. My fiancé is certified in medical coding and works in the medical industry. When we called the clinic and provided all documentation and receipts, they advised they were going to fix the issue. Now they billed the insurance and the insurance wants us to pay them for said services. The clinic is now telling us that they cannot find the fault. We are still trying to get a hold of someone from management to fix this issue but is having no luck. If you are in hopes of becoming a patient, please look elsewhere. They will offer the most expensive options first with little to no hope of the procedures working. I know that medicine is sometimes difficult but to bluntly tell the patient they can’t get pregnant and to offer IVF immediately shouldn’t be the case.

I’m baffled with the way my husband and I were treated by this man and his staff.Dr Vasquez ordered me a hormone test...my hormone level was 100 and he told me it should be a level 10 and that he recommended ivf.a 15,000$ procedure.I knew something wasn’t right when he told me that.Thats the level of a woman in menopause..someone who is declining in making estrogen.i knew that much..so I got a second and third opinion and All told me my hormones are in normal range. So my husband and I set an appointment with him just to get some clarification on why I’m getting mixed information about my lab results. After arriving to our appointment his nurse took us back and put us in a waiting room, after recording my vitals she proceeded to ask what was this appointment for..and I stated my husband and I would like to speak with him about my lab results because I went and got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and all stated my hormone levels were in normal range. She said ok one moment and left the room.10 minutes go by and a different nurse walks in and talks to us about doing an ultrasound and extra stuff as if she’s stalling for time. I responded to her that this initial appointment was just to speak to dr Vasquez, not do an ultra sound because it wasn’t needed. She again asked me what I needed to speak to him about and again brought up having an ultrasound.by that point it was already an hour past our appointment time and we still hadn’t spoke with him..I stated to her I just simply wanted to speak with him about my lab results that’s it.The second nurse also excused herself..10-12 more minutes go by the finally the nurse and office manager came in and asked my husband and I to leave. He never did talk to us...at all.he evaded us the entire time.Thats the actions of a guilty person who didn’t have the courage to explain himself.his and his staff’s actions were extremely inappropriate, and utterly egregious. Why would he ask us to leave all because I got a second and third opinion unless he was guilty of something.why couldn’t he just simply talk to us........because he was wrong.it was all over his actions.I have NEVER been treated that way by a doctor and his staff.EVER.PLEASE do your research before spending loads on money with this man..save yourself some time, money and headache

Dr. Vasquez is a wonderful man who cares a lot about his patients, however his staff are nothing but trouble and aggravation. Their numerous policies do nothing but slow down the process and complicate matters beyond necessity, for an already difficult medical situation. For example, regardless of insurance and approved coverage, you must pre-pay for all services. If you're due a refund, you'll eventually get that money back after multiple phone calls and emails. We've been involved with the office since March 2018 and are still fighting to get our money back. Apparently they have instituted another policy stating refund requests will take up to six weeks to process.

The staff incorrectly coded my visit resulting in lab bill being turned into collections as insurance denied for the incorrect coding. Would not return phone calls, would not correct the coding and will not release medical records. My one actual visit with the dr was terrible. I would never return here nor recommend it. I just want my records that I had to pay $1200 out of pocket to collections for labs.

Terrible terrible doctor. Has absolutely NO CLUE WHAT HE IS DOING THIS DAY IN TIME. The worst experience my wife and I have had in our entire life. It went so bad it ended in a screaming match (with dr vasquez) in the hallway and us getting our $200 consultation fee REFUNDED.

I have had several shady instances with billing of insurance with this practice. Have had to call and get ins department to look into what was coded. Dr. Vasquez is a joke.. Everytime we come in we have received a different treatment plan and additional bloodwork/follow up cost. We went from you need donor egg to now you can do an IUI. Staff is easy to work with and great explaining things. I really dont like the long waits, or his getting up to take a personal cell phone call in the middle of our consult. Plus, I am paying you for medical information about my infertility. I really don't want to hear about soccer, your family, or anything else that doesn't have to deal with my issues. He does explain things to some sort, if you can understand all the large medical terminology that he uses. If you ask a question, he makes you feel like you are beneath him.. And I have never been to a physician that talks badly about his staff either.

Nashville has very limited IVF options and they know this. That's why first IVFers need to research as much aspossible so that you can compare philosopies, protocols and prices. Yes, make them confirm with your insurance what your exact prices will be before they charge you. You have RIGHT to be fully informed. Demand it as they will try to avoidavoid it as long as possible until services have been served. Regarding medical experience, after Dr. V really doesn't have success with more challenging cases. Beware of him.claiming that he accepts patients others won't because that's something to hook you and getyou excited. Insteadswer the questions you have. Don't let him slide by saying thats no big deal or theres no research on that. The fact is many other doctors have blogs etc. to help explain their approach to treatment that will build your confidence in that doc. Bottom line is compare (even out of state) before you waste $ & time as he experiments on your case. He's outdated!

I went to this "doctor" in 2012 for a consult to conceive via donor. This "doctor" comes in and asks me if I ever had a pelvic exam and I was like no.He talked down to me like a child. And said because of my weight I should try to "get insurance and get weight loss surgery" I don't know any private one that even covers that.So this idiot wasn't even going to do ANYTHING.I genuinely broke down, told him about a hormonal imbalance I knew about from when I was a teen.I thought maybe I'd get a blood test.I did get metformin. No tests, no exam.So basically I paid to be insulted and get put in a severe depression for a year.I called the office after a few months and got a prescription for BC, that brought on my period.I went to him because I read online that he didn't turn people away based on weight. He took my money and did NOTHING.This set me back a year, I had been losing weight on my own, then he totally took all hope away.I hope to find another dr and try again.I am 30 and desperate.
