I found Dr. Geib to be very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed to a referal the appt. was made promptly, testing was done quickly and I was informed of results in a timely manor.

dr. geib's office appears to be poorly run. calls are not timely returned. information is lost, then niraculously found. and follow-up seems to be an issue.

Dr. Geib is great, but every contact I had with her staff lacked professional courtesy and competence. Their lab technician ran the wrong blood test and I had to return to have it redone. At another time, they didn't respond to a phone message, so I left another one a couple of days later. When someone finally did call, the line went dead after a couple of sentences. After they didn't call back I tried a couple more times before giving up. Finally I requested that my records be transferred to another doctor. When they hadn't arrived at the new office several weeks later I called and learned I would need to come in and sign a release form. I did so, and when following up a second time, they checked and said that the records had been sent over to Winchester Pulmonary, which was not the correct office. The receptionist then corrected that information; it was not clear whether they had actually been sent to the wrong office, or she just misspoke. Eventually they were properly transferred.
