Great experience with this doctor! Dr. Kupcha was extremely thorough when I went to him for my ankle tendon and found it was torn when countless other doctors ruled that everything was intact and even told me to cancel my scheduled MRI. If it was not for him, I would have been playing college basketball on a severely torn tendon and would have caused major damage. Thank you Dr. Kupcha!

Dr. Kupcha did same day surgery on my fractured ankle and I had a follow up visit with him yesterday. I like his manner, he is direct and honest and clear about my role in healing this bimalleolar fracture. I'm pleased.

I am 20 years old and had a bunion on my right foot since I was 12. Every year it got progressively worse. Dr. Kupcha looked at my x-rays and said I would probably need surgery, but left the decision totally up to me. In July of 2009, the pain was so bad that I decided to have the surgery. I found Dr. Kupcha to be very professional, and he answered all of my questions and explained the surgery and what to expect. I was especially concerned about the recovery time, and he was up front and honest about the healing period. At every follow-up appointment, Dr. Kupcha was thorough and explained my progress, pointing out the healing and bone growth on my x-rays. I never felt rushed or cut short during the appointments. I am happy to say that the surgery Dr. Kupcha performed has been very successful. I can walk (and run) pain-free, my foot looks better and best of all, I can wear a variety of shoes now that never fit me before. I would highly recommend Dr. Kupcha if you need foot surgery.

My husband has been a patient for 2years. He was seen after complications from surgery by another doctor. Dr. Kupcha is polite and seems knowledgeable. His patient education skill leave much to be desired. Billing department is horrid.

I had already had 2 surgeries on my ankle when I started seeing Dr. Kupcha. He took his time and made sure I understood the diagnosis and was not eager to rush into another surgery or try to sell me on replacing my 3rd pair of orthotics(which I think would have been a waste of money and the reason I switched Drs).

Treated my daugher for a Grade II/III ankle sprain.Did not immobilize her ankle, was not going to suggest PT until I asked.Went back for a follow-up 3 weeks later and saw the PA, not the doctor. He was useless.

He spent little time on the problem I came to him for and instead tried to sell me on surgery not related to my problem. I would never go back and would certainly never let him operate on me.
