My experience was very strange, my first visit the Dr. seemed very anxious and upset with staff members, as she was not pleasant with staff members , I was already nervous so I really didn't need the attitude, it seemed that the staff couldn't move fast enough for her, then on my 2nd visit. The staff seemed upset with her because she was moving very slow and holding up the schedule. It seemed to go from one extreme to the other from visit to visit ? Don't know if I would recommend this office, based on my experience.

You cannot fix a dry socket with antibiotics. Dry socket is caused by the blood clot falling out usually due to not following doctors aftercare instructions.

Great care. Great doctor and staff. Read the other rating, and too bad the patient doesn't realize that overuse of antibiotics contributes to drug resistant bacteria and renders many antibiotics useless. Also, there is not study showing that antibiotics prevent dry socket. It is sad when a patient trashes a doctor because of their own anger and ignorance. Dr. Mrugala practices sound medicine! I'll be sending all my friends to her.

Dr. Mrugala is TERRIFIC oral surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

I was seen in consultation for dental implants. The staff was courteous and very efficient. The doctor spent the time I needed for clarification of my potential surgery which was scheduled and completed three weeks later. I was amazed with the outcome and was very pleased with the entire process. The professionalism and humor displayed by the office staff and doctor was incredible! Thank you Dr. Mrugala and staff ~ I will be telling everybody about your office!

I have absolutely no complaints about the Dr. Mrugala, my real issue is with her billing clerk. I paid up front for my what my insurance would not cover - the billing clerk had a hard time figuring out what 25% was. Then on the morning of my surgery I was asked an additional $150+ - since I was drugged I did not protest. And once the surgery was done, the billing clerk did NOT submit the correct info to my Insurance Co. After a couple of letters, and a certified letter, she eventually submitted SOME of the info..in the end I paid the bill, that insurance should have covered and confirmed they would pay. I called several times to speak to the doctor and was denied each time...went to the office to speak to her, and again was denied. The doctor is very good, her billing clerk leaves much to be desired.

she seemed nice enough, but did a horrible job extracting my childs wisdom teeth, we had to go back twice to get a dry socket drained. There was alot of unnessary pain and suffering because the Dr doesn't believe in giving antibiotics....too bad it wasn't the DOCTOR suffering from her stupidity!
