I am a 35 yr female bariatric patient that lost a lot of weight and needed help with loose skin. I researched and visited with over a dozen surgeons in Miami. I reviewed their work, spoke to former patients and researched online. Issue with other surgeons was their incision tecnique. I want a thin, flat, symmetrical incision that works with my skin the surgeons I reviewed had what I saw as heavy handed work, skin hung weird, ugly incision, etc. A friend told me about Dr. Salomon for her sisters breast implants.
I visited with him several times to review his work and speak to staff and patients. Before booking surgery I told him about bariatric surgery recovery and my health needs. I discussed my short and long term plans for my body and cosmetic surgery and together we figured out how to do my thighs, hips, back, stomach, breast, and neck. How skin hangs is important. I had a total of 9 hours split over two surgeries two years apart. It's important to him that his patients are healthy mentally and physically. He won't just give someone something because they ask, he discusses it and makes sure that the patient will be happy with the end result. It's vital that any cosmetic patient be realistic and equally important that the surgeon be exceptional. I finished my last surgery this week. HE IS AN ARTIST WITH A SCAPEL! He helped me regain a part of myself I had lost through obesity. It's been a hard journey, but I wasn't alone, I had Dr. Salomon, he gave me back myself and a chance to move past a difficult part of my life that obesity had taken, I can't undo my past but at least my body won't limit my future, surgery was key along with life style change and exercise. Lastly, his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Every single one of them knows their services, products, procedures, and can answer any question you have. Appointments are easy to book, probably because Dr. Salomon never goes home. You can see him next day and every other day after surgery, a huge relief when you want to know how you are healing and if the incisions are okay. Which they are, but helps to have the assurance everything is okay. Lymphatic massage after surgery is crucial for recovery and will help you return to normal activities faster. Lastly, surgery is a very important and personal decision, do your research, talk to friends, ask co-workers, read every blog, or save yourself time and just go see Dr. Salomon, he will be your biggest champion and teammate.

Loris is a LIFESAVER! She is beyond amazing at what she does, which is effectively and as pain free as possible get rid of unwanted hair! Laser at Jhonny Salomon's office is bound to be "Grade-A" from the start, because the office, people and of course the doctor are amazing, but what makes laser here worth every single penny is Loris! She is such a wonderful and energetic woman, who is extremely knowledgable about laser hair removal. She is compassionate and welcoming all while being professional. Laser has worked wonders on all of my unwanted body hair from underarms, to bikini, to upper lip and face. It has truly transformed my beauty routine and made me so much more confident! I went to another woman before trying laser here, also at a very well respected dermatologist office, and I can say between both Loris and the specific machine used at this office there is no comparison! If you are considering laser, which I HIGHLY recommend, you'd be crazy not to come here and have Loris take care of you!

Staff (and Dr.Saloman) was very professional, kind and courteous. They made our visit and consultation such a pleasant experience. Special acknowledgement goes out to the young lady (just got married) who discussed the financial obligations to us, she was very soothing, professional and a joy to work with. Dr. Salomon made me feel very comfortable and has a very professional demeanor. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is very kind and professional, as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Jhonny Salomon Plastic Surgery and Med SPA to anyone interested in an overall great experience in regards to a rhinoplasty.

I went into the office after it was recommended by a friend. I made an appointment for cool sculpting with Jeanette and they were so accommodating and gave me a two hour appointment with just two days notice. The procedure itself isn't the most pleasant but they made it as relaxing as they possibly could. Jeanette came in constantly to check on me and even massaged my arm and let me squeeze her hand during the first ten minutes, the most uncomfortable part. She was so incredibly sweet and comforting and made me feel completely at home. Veronica at the front desk also happens to be the most gorgeous woman in the world. I highly recommend this practice.
