Most uncompassionate physician I've had. Rushes you in and out of your appointment, sees $$$ as far as I'm concerned. Doesn't seem to care about your wellbeing after he's operated on you. ...terrible experience with his incompetent staff, would absolutely not recommend this doctor

Dr. Gandell has been my Doctor for 28 years. He is the most caring, patient, compassionate Doctor I have had. He has delivered 2 of my children and actually when I had my first appt with him predicted my due date exactly! He goes above and beyond as a doctor! His new office at White Spruce Blvd has really nice staff and I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen by him. His knowledge is beyond any other doctors I have been to,
I am so thankful to him in the many ways that he has helped to improve my health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gandell for 28 years. When I first moved here I was searching for a doctor in the area. My father who at the time was a OB/Gyn was here visiting and was also here for a medical conference. The first doctor he met was David Gandell, the entire weekend they spent together at the conference, my dad would come back and sing praises about Dr. Gandell. My husband and I were trying to start a family, my dad highly encouraged me to set up an appointment with him, I trust my dad beyond 100%. My first pregnancy ended with a miscarriage, I remember Dr. Gandell showed so much empathy for us. Luckily a few month later I was pregnant and all went well!! Dr. Gandell delivered both my kids, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Now those babies are 27 and 25 and I still continue my yearly appointments with him. His knowledge and his bed side manner are excellent. Growing up in a dr.'s family I have seen the good docs and the not so good docs, Dr. Gandell is one of the good docs!!

This dr is undereducated for the diagnosing endometreosis, warning stay away! Staff very rude and uncaring. Horrible office

Dr. Gandell is the smartest doctor I know. He finds possible health problems way before my PCP would. I have trusted him with my life, and he has literally saved it. Both my daughters like him also. I have no trouble with the staff, they are always friendly and helpful to me.

Dr. Gandell delivered me almost 32 years ago when he was a resident at Strong. It was quite a suprise to him when my mother recommended I book an appointment with him for my first gynocology appointment. After I advised him what role he played in my life he blushed and said "Am I really that old?". I have continued to see him for 17 years and I am very happy with Dr. Gandell's professional and compassionate demeanor. While it is very true that he always runs late with appointments, it has never bothered me and I plan for it every year. He takes his time, asks the right questions, and is diligent when answering my questions. He does float from patient to patient rather quickly, but I have never minded this because I know I am in good hands. Most recently I had some personal issues relating to another medical issue and he took the time to listen and order proper bloodwork for my cardiologist to review. I needed serious medical attention, and I have Dr. Gandell to thank for helping me.

While the office staff at this office is not very friendly, Dr. Gandell is amazing. He is the most knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, patient doctor I have ever known, and he even has a great sense of humor! One example of his dedication is this; I went in for a routine pre-natal ultrasound on my identical twins only to discover they had died at some point in the last week. Dr. Gandell was not in the office that day. His partners called him to notify him of what had happened. He was in the middle of a haircut, and he left and rushed to the office to assist my husband and I. He stayed with us and helped us figure out what to do next, and was by our side through the entire process. He has delivered all of my children, and I recommend him to everyone I know. Like I said, the office staff overall is not warm and friendly, and I have complained about them many times, but Dr. Gandell is the best in his field, the best in this area, so I will deal with the office staff.

Dr. Gandell is one of the most compassionate, caring physicians I have ever gone to. He genuinely wants to know what my concerns are, and always makes sure all my issues are dealt with before the visit ends. He is also attentive to what costs will be, trying to find the least expensive medications for me when they are needed. I feel very well cared-for by Dr. Gandell.

I waited half naked in an exam room for this doctor for more than 30 minutes. Then when he arrived, he made a comment about my weight before he examined me roughly (knowing full well that I was in pain). I felt basically no compassion from him. I would not see him again.
