I have been seeing Dr Clapper for about 3 1/2 years, since my doctor left his practice. She is very attentive and proactive. She gets to the bottom of health problems. I see her for my autoimmune disease, frequent sinus infections, and annual female exams. Her behavior has been professional and compassionate.

Very uncaring! I went to see her for a sinus infection and cough. Her first comment to me was "You don't look that sick to me". I left her office, went to another doctor and ended up being admitted to the hospital the same day with bilateral pnuemonia. I was in the hospital for a week. Stay away!

Dr. Clapper made a very good first impression on me and my first visit was very favorable. However her staff and I began having problems. Specifically my appointments were getting mixed up - on their end. I am on oxygen and cannot be wasting my time going back and forth when appts. are mixed up. Also Dr. Clapper seems tuned out at times when I presented a pain and wanted help fixing it. I got sent to the ER in a wheelchair. I am currently looking for a new internist.

I absolutely love Dr. Clapper. I have been a patient of hers for many years. Her office staff, on the other hand, is another story. Most of the time the Medical assistants are fine, but they change a lot. Her secretary is cold, unprofessional, and rude. I have been coming to this office for 12 years and Karen has always been rude to me. If it weren't for how wonderful Dr. Clapper has been, I would not stay on. I think it is very sad that they KNOW that there is someone like Karen chasing patients away and they don't do anything about it. Remember, your staff represents YOU the doctor. If you read this, please fix the problem.
