Dr. Levinson moves as fast as a hummingbird, but he has a heart of gold, really cares for his patients, and is an absolute expert in his specialty with many years of experience. He kept my father alive about ten years past his normal expected lifespan with all the medical issues he had. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Levinson. He is fairly punctual, but any time you wait is time that is extremely well spent. He is the best! His office is also very professional and well-run.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levinson's for about 10 years now. I highly recommend him if you can get through his new nurse. She is terrible. His old nurse was very nice and helpful. His new nurse in 2012 is hateful and about useless! She will not help you with insurance problems and her business ethics do not exist! Don't bother leaving her any phone messages because she will Not call you back! I left 5 messages & she never called me back so I just showed up at the office. Reason for not returning my call is because she did not know the answer to my question. She should have found out or had Dr. Levinson call me himself. I like Dr. Levinson but I am changing doctors because of this nurse.

After arriving promptly at 8:30 (per instructions),completing papaerwork and paying my copay....I waited until 10 AM for my 9 AM appointment. When asked how much longer before I could see the docter (needed to go to work) they indicated they had no idea, but informated me my appointment was for 9:40 AM not 9 AM. I verified the time with the lady who called me, not once, but 3 times so I am sure it was 9 AM. They changed my appointment without advising me and admitted the Docter was very backlogged. I had to leave because I did not have a large portion of my day avaialble to wait on a Doctor who does not manage his time well and a staff that is very lacking (also took 3 weeks to advise me of my appointment date). I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you have nothing but time on your hands. I have been told he is good at doctoring, but since I never had an opportunity to see him, I don't know.

I cannot recommend this doctor and his practice highly enough. I have used Dr. Levinson for a colonoscopy as well as for medical diagnosis. He is skilled, informative, and has a personality that puts you at ease quickly--hard to find, especially in a specialty that deals with "uncomfortable" medical issues. His nursing staff is friendly, competent, and compassionate. The check-in and check-out staff are efficient, polite, and do not mind answering any questions you have. I have been extremely impressed with the customer service provided by this practice. Since I work for doctors in another specialty, I especially appreciate the level of service this practice provides. I know it's not easy to find staff that can measure up to this level.
