I had a fasting blood test scheduled for 9:15 am. By 10:00 am Dr. was still not there. 6 other patients in front of me. Nurses and staff standing around doing nothing. Could have started blood work.

This doctor deserves to have his practice shut down and join a circus. He misdiagnosed me a couple of times and I got my answer through WEBMD. I am extremely dissatisfied with Marc Polimeni. He has a nurse practitioner that acts like she got her degree from a cracker jack box and he's not able to properly explain answers to my questions. I really feel like I wasted valuble time that I will never get back. The only great thing that place has is one medical assistant that saw me standing in the hallway for 15 minutes and simply asked me if I was being helped. That a lone was better than any time I had with Marc Polimeni. Thanks josie!

I really like Dr. Polimeni. Although with most doctors these days, since they double & triple book patients for the same appointment, you can wait for 30 to 60 minutes to be seen, once you do have a chance to see him, he takes the time to listen and disucss your issues. I used to see a nurse practioner who was great. When she could no longer see me, the Dr. took over my case. I've had several bad experiences regarding test results and even getting thrown a script too quickly for something that probably didn't require medication. The office staff is great and I really enjoy them. I've always been able to get a quick appointment when myself or my husband is sick. I would certainly recommend his practice to others.

Extremely cursory treatment of my aging parent. Gets by with the least he needs to do.

Years ago, I thought Dr. Polimeni was an excellent physician. In recent years, however, the entire office has become more and more sloppy. Tests are ordered but nobody follows up to get the results. Samples are lost but the patient is not phoned so that the test can be repeated. When I had to call for a week before finally getting test results, I left three messages and wrote a letter requesting that he speak with me about office procedures. He did not respond. I am no longer with the practice.

While the office is busy, I have never felt rushed. Dr. Polimeni listens carefully and responds appropriately. I have always felt that I was in good hands.

Dr. Polimeni is warm and friendly, but you have to tell him what's wrong with you, so WebMD becomes your new best friend. Every time I went I would say, "Never again!" He misdiagnosed me three times, prescribing medication to treat symptoms rather than finding out what the cause was. I went through years of unnecessary pain, and often wondered if he was in the bottom 1/4 of his class at med school in Grenada. I was also been pushed off on the nurse practitioner, who knows even less than he does. I now go to the another doctor.

The receptionist and nurse staff were RUDE. Among the rudest I've EVER experienced. Doctor Polemeni was NOT thorough and went through the motions. Would not recommend for anything you are remotely concerned about.

Waited a long time to have a nurse practioner diagnose me and prescribe medicine, if he spent two minutes with me that was alot. This guy is a waste. The majority of patients cannot be wrong. You are paying for a doctor not a nurse.
