This is the absolutely most incompetent doctor I have ever had to deal with. Arrogant & controlling, she criticizes every answer a patient gives her. Her thick accent makes her hard to understand, not very helpful for someone with serious medical concerns. Very disappointed to have he work at Glover which is otherwise known for good doctors. A disgrace to the company. Hope she will let go soon……

I cant even begin to explain how rude and incompitent Mrs. Jacobs is . She is a very controlling vindictive person. She does not follow the HIPAA laws and slanders your name, I feel she is Discriminative. I took years to get diagonist with fibromyalia. I also suffer with Migrains and she sent me to a Surgeon to have a tumor mass removed and forgot that she sent me I had to remind her I had surgery. Then she was up set that I received pain meds. that the surgeon percribed me like I had a very bad reaction to the anesthesia and had a one of the worst migrains I have ever had and was refused pain treatment, like I was expected to have surgery and not need pain management this is very uncompassionate. Mrs. Jacobs was very upset and made me feel like she did not have control over me. Please beware of her way with treating patients and useing her position of authority, it is very scary. I hope that this helpes and if you are a victim to leave
