A very satisfying experience.....the office is extremely professional and Dr Arrison is very thorough and pleasant. I like that I had the option to fill out my information online, I found it much more efficient and less laborious than in most Drs offices. The receptionist was friendly, the checking-in process is the best I've ever experienced! I would highly recommend Dr Arrison, he explains things clearly and respects the patient. I felt I was getting his full attention, he took the time necessary to discuss my concerns in a way that was understandable. He was aware of the different costs of similar medications and mentioned that health insurance companies are inconsistent about what they cover. No unpleasant surprises at the pharmacy! An A+ experience.

Never got to see the Dr. himself. Cancelled my appointment with this office. This regards the ineffectual staff. They rescheduled my appointment due to an emergency (nothing wrong with that), offered me 2 options, I chose the earlier of the two. When I got my reminder call they had me scheduled for the later appointment! I find examples of such laxness in the medical field ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. What further oversights much one expect from such staff and the MD's....?

Dr. Arrison Saw me for a few minutes every 6 months or so over a period covered between 12/'08 and 5/25/'11. About a year ago I was mentioned to my family doctor that I was concerned with my high PSA count. The family doctored ordered a free PSA test that resulted in a reading of about 10 which was an indicator that I had prostate Cancer. Dr. Arrison then performed a Biopsy that showed the cancer in an advanced stage. He informed me that one of the sample cultures was an 8 on the gleason scale. Also, there were at least two sevens and an equal number of sixes. Except for when he informed me of those results, he was always quick to tell me that "If I was happy, he was Happy". Since learning of my condition I had 43 radiation treatments and 3 separate hormoine injections. The total cost to Medicare and Blue Cross probably runs in the neighborhood of $60,000.00. So much for early detection. Doctor Arrison showed a total lack of genuine concern for my health and well being.

i am shocked by the reviews on Dr. Arrison. He has been my urologist for 5+ years and performed a vasectomy on my husband 4 years ago. We both are very fond of him. He has always returned calls promptly and has been very pleasant and attentive to our needs.

I had a similar experience dealing with Dr. Arrison and the staff. My phone calls were never returned, never called to tell me test results. Still have not helped my problem.

As a 40 year health care profession, I was absolutely appalled at this doctors lack of helpfulness and his coldness. I sat in examining room for 10 minute, he came in, walked immediately to the computer and began entering data.  He was not interested in the least in the extensive medical history written and presented to him and dismissed it with a hand wave. He examined me by putting his hands on each side of my waist over 4 layers of clothes, wrote a referal for a CT scan and said to call him in  three months, and left the room.  I was in contact with him for about 3 minutes total.  CT scan was done and I never received a call from him or his office regarding the results. Totally cold and uninterested in me .   Though highly recommended, I would NEVER consider going to him again, and thus this notation.

Very helpful, also sent me to another doctor for a second opinion, he took the time to answer all my questions and did not attempt to sway me either way.Explained everything again the day of surgery, I felt confident in his Judgments.

Not only did he completely miss my father's diagnosis, but he contin ued to insist that nothing was wrong !!!! We definately didn't like his arrogant, condescending attitude and the fact that he felt put out by the fact that we had questions. I'm sorry that my father chose him because I think his outcome would havebeen better had he seen another physician. In dealing with his office staff (mean and difficult) I can see thqat their poor atitude is derived from the person they work for.
