Dr Franco substituted for my regular Dr today. I was stunned when he repeatedly said I didn't have a previous surgery until he actually read the highlighted part of my MRIs. I actually had a panic attack, almost collapsed.

Dr Franco is Socialized Medicine at its very worst. I would rather go untreated than accept free medical care from the VA if Dr Franco is administering care. He appears knowledgable but his interaction with patients borders on abusive.

Dr. Franco was very cordial. He was open to questions concerning my illness, he was frank and professional.

Dr. Franco does not care about your care, nor does he remember who you are. He is always late for his appointments, and tries to rush you out without fully answering your concerns and questions. He does not put the patient first, nor does he try to accomodate the patients needs.
