Dr. O'Keefe has been my primary doctor for 17 years through good and bad times. He is above all a caring person and he actually listens. Each visit is a mini-medical lesson as he shares knowledge at an understandable level. Top these qualities off with his present nurse assistant (Shannon) who is equally as caring, compassionate and incredibly responsive and you know you are in good hands!

Been going to Dr O'Keefe a little over two years now. He is the best doctor I have ever had (and I am in my 50s). He actually listens and is not in a hurry to push you out the door. Anytime I have called in or emailed in with questions someone has helped me very quickly. I the fact I can email questions as a lot of times I don't need to play phone games and actually talk to someone. Have NEVER had a problem with anyone on his staff and speak highly of them. Nice to have a Quest lab on site for tests as well. Suggestion: Try to get early appointments as he does run behind because he does spend time with patients that need it. That's really not a bad thing. Just some people have no patience to wait a bit.

Dr. Okeefe is a great doctor, although his secretary thinks she has the power to give out medical advice wth out talking to him is crazy, she gets irrate and yells at the patients with threatening words that he will fire me as a patient when we argue back at her, he is great his secretary needs to learn manners and respect.

We have been with GAMG and Dr. O'Keefe for 20 years. He is the best. Thoroughly knowledgeable and good "beside manner". The GAMG electronic system/patient portal is very convenient and the staff and Dr. O'Keefe are prompt to respond to requests and questions. 5 Star rating! Rated only lower on punctuality because you always have to wait in a doctor's office but that is always due to taking a little extra time with a patient when necessary...and we are always grateful when that patient is us!

Dr. O'Keefe is an excellent doctor. He has cared and guided me for over 20 years. I love the fact that he gives me all the time I need to explain issues. He always has solid recommendations. I am so fortunate to have him as my doctor. He is the best.

Although he rarely is on time, once you get into the exam room and see Dr. O'Keefe he gives you all the time that is needed to completely assess your health care needs and answer questions that arise. He is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever met, and being in the health care field myself, this says a lot about this wonderful doc.

Dr. O'Keefe is seldom "on time", but that is a positive thing as he is busy spending quality time with his patients. Once he arrives in the exam room, he has a way of making one feel that he has all the time in the world just to focus on "your" problem. His staff is a complety seperate entity---"frustrating" is the best word that I can use. There are a few members of his staff who are very helpful, but most of them need a "redo"! Unfortunately this is a bad reflection on the practice as the "staff" is the first line of contact and can leave one with a poor impression of the practice. My husband and I have found that if we email Dr. O'Keefe personally through the Patient Portal, we will get much better results. During the 15 years that we have been with Dr. O'Keefe, he has guided and educated us along the way---we are very thankful to have him, especially at this time of our lives.
