I went in for a simple deviated septum repair. Not only did he fail to straighten the septum, but he was telling me at the follow ups that it was healing very nicely and was now straight, I just couldn't breath because of congestion he said. However, when I requested my medical records, he was going back to his office and dictating the septum was still crooked. I wonder when he was going to tell me that it fell back over. He NEVER got it straight. Not only that but he billed me and Medicare for an eye lift that he never performed. I got my money back but don't know about Medicare. I need to give them a call to see if he reimbursed them. I doubt it seriously. This guy is a liar and a fraud. He could NOT even straighten a septum. Then tried to B.S. me. By the way, there was another guy in the office at the same time I was that he was telling the same thing! He is a crook and doesn't have the skills. PLEASE stay away!!! Its your health. He gets an F-

I was referred to Dr. Verret to reconstruct my nose after a skin cancer was removed. I was really scared but Dr. Verret immediately put me at ease. He has a great bedside manner and explained everything to my husband and I so we could understand it. While the recovery was not fun because I was really black and blue, I am now two months after surgery and things looks great. My friends tell me they can't tell I had anything done until I show them the pictures. You should see the look of amazement on their faces. If I ever have another skin cancer I am certainly going back to see Dr. Verret.

I went to 3 different plastic surgeons for a consultation on a lower face lift. Dr Verret was my least favorite of all of them. He was rude, condescending, hurried and seemingly lacking in empathy and knowledge. He pointed out (unsolicited) other work that needed to be done and he did so in a less than tactful manner. These were things that other physicians have told me that I don't need! He spent about 15 minutes with me but only because I was determined to get my money's worth (100 dollar consultation fee) otherwise he would have hurried out after about 3 minutes. The waiting room was cramped with only 3 chairs all within arms reach of the reception desk and directly in the walkway. It is not a warm, cozy or inviting environment.

I went to see Dr. Verret to have my neck fixed. I was starting to look like my mother and I hated it. I saw four different doctors and I must say that Dr. Verret took the most time explaining everything we talked about. I had a lot of questions but he and Michelle were great. I felt completely at ease at every step of the way. I am just over 6 months after my surgery and I look 20 years younger. I'm still seeing him for Botox and I can say from experience that there is a big difference when the doctor injects the Botox instead of a nurse. I am definitely a fan.

I must say that my experience with Dr. Verret could not have been better. I got into a car wreck last winter and was taken to the hospital. I had a cut through and through my lip and the ER doctor thought he needed some help. Even though he wasn't on call and it was dreadful weather, Dr. Verret came to the hospital to sew up my lip. I am now almost a year after my accident and I can't even see a scar. He is a miracle worker and I couldn't have asked for a better bedside manner.

My 9 year old son tore his eyelid and Dr. Verret performed the surgery. We went back to have the sutures removed but discovered a few weeks later that 2 sutures remained. We called to scheduled an appointment, which took a few weeks, and then was canceled and rescheduled--by his office-and we were not able to get in to see him for four months. By then it was a new year and our $3,000 deductible restarted. By the time we got into the skin had healed over the sutures and he was unable to take them out without recutting my son's eyelid! When my son (who may suffer from anxiety, but again, he's NINE) expressed fear at having sharp object so close his eye, the Dr. was rude and threatened him with wasting his time instead of talking him through the procedure. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for this service--one that was not my fault and pushed into the new year with a new deductible! Dr. Verret and his staff were completely unwilling to work with me to resolve this issue.

This review is long overdue. I had facial plastic surgery with Dr. Verret. I am in client-facing sales, and have had my same clients for over 15 years. I thought about having facial plastic surgery for a while, and my primary concern was that my clients would be able to tell that I had "work done" post-op. I wanted a natural look and saw five different plastic surgeons in the Dallas area, before deciding on Dr. Verret. I decided on Dr. Verret due to his approach and skill towards a natural look. My clients comment that I looked rested, and no one, can tell that I have had facial plastic surgery. Beyond that he is just one of the most professional doctors I have ever met. Thorough, prompt, responsive, no pressure. I would and have recommended Dr. Verret to so many people after my surgery. Also, his fees were reasonable for the work done, and he was not aggressive at all and did not recommend procedures to me that I did not need or want.

Dr. Verret fixed my nose and I breathe great now. He walked me through every step of the process and even called the night of surgery to make sure I was ok.

This guy is GREAT !! He explained (in my level of English) what he planned to do and was easy to reach following my surgery. I would definitely use him next time I get smacked in the face by a car door. Oh, and my wife says I look better now than I did before the accident - just one gal's opinion - but a very important gal to me. :)

I read the patient's report of her laser and must totally disagree. I had a laser procedure with Dr. Verret and it went great. I look 20 years younger. The patient also commented that Dr. Verret is not board certified in plastic surgery but he was very clear to me that he is board certified in facial plastic surgery and board certified in otolaryngology - which for me meant that he was better than a plastic surgeon to do my procedure. I hate reading inaccurate ratings and felt like I had to do something.
