I saw an associate of Diane Edens practice. One of the worst mistakes of my life. Rude office staff and as others have noted -money hungry. At one of the lowest points of my life , hanging on by a thread and no help, no plan, no medication-D hearted people-I record my conversations now because this practice is cold hearted - run don't walk away from them-

Don't waste you're time going to Dr. Eden. She is uncaring, blunt and rude. She won't even look you in the eye and she has a rule that she will never call in a prescription. This feels as though she cares more about money than her patients. I'm finding a new doc. :(

Dr. Eden is abrupt and defensive about the medications she prescribes. When I came to my appointment and mentioned side effects that I was having she called it complaining. She does not spend enough time to hear patient feedback, nor does she explain well enough why she is taking a certain approach. Her manner is bullying and terse. Because I was not up on payments that I was billed for, she refused to allow a follow appointment until I brought the account up to date, despite the fact that I had just paid at the desk. I would never recommend her to anyone, and have decided to seek another doctor.

I found Dr. Eden to be very cold and definitely uncaring. She may be knowledgeable but it very hard to get help from her with her unfeeling attitude. I stopped going to see her.

She comes off very cold and rude, seems more interested in money than patient. She seems to have her own set of issues as she tries to be intimidating, very unprofessional.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Eden. She takes the time to discuss any concerns that I may have. If I am experiencing a problem, Dr. Eden is quick to contact me via phone. I highly recommend Dr. Eden.
