I had a great experince with Dr. Greenberg and I have a bad diagnosis. The staff is trying to help me navigate the insurance nightmare and Dr. Greenberg is helping me cope with a problem . She gives me books to read, refers me to helpful websites and gives me lots of information about my problem -ways to help myself. I realized quickly that she wants to educate me so i can help myself and not be afraid. She listens to me, examins me. She explains what and why she is doing things. She said that an educated patient is a powerful tool for healthcare.
I recommend her 100000000%

I would have to call the office day after day after day to get the simplest things accomplished. It took me a week to get the office to fax over the proper documentation so we could get oxygen. Over a week to get the staff to get a pre-approval on a prescription. Dr. Greenberg herself obviously does not know the laws governing her own profession in NJ because the scripts she wrote for my mothers pain meds were unacceptable so I had to drive back to the office to get corrected scripts. My mother was too weak to handle chemo but they gave it to her anyway, it ultimately killed her. I called the office told them it was an emergency and after 2 hours and no call back I had to call 911. If you use this office, become an expert on cancer and be prepared to do all the work yourself. These people are useless to the nth degree!!!! Due to their laziness, and their lack of care or concern my mother is about to die 6 weeks after her diagnosis.

Dr. Greenberg and the other Dr.'s on her staff (Stephen Windsor and Nicole LaNatra) are all exceptional doctors, that I would recommend to anyone considering them. The entire acillary staff are tremendously friendly, caring, and helpful. I'm not sure if the person giving her a negative rating is referring to the same Susan Greenberg. While Dr. Greenberg seems to "rush", it is due to her high energy attitude, not because she is "rushing you out of the office. (I have never experienced a physicians assistant either.) Dr. Greenberg (and the entire staff) has always taken her time with me, answering any questions and explaining them thoroughly. *On a side note, I feel that people should be more involved in their own health care. Be aware that you require refills, and do not wait until the last minute (Emergencies and oversights do happen, I realize). Not many people would be happy to be called on their day off, to take care of something that was due to someone else's negligence.

I think Dr. Greenberg is brilliant. She takes the time to go thru my history and medications and is pro-active when it comes to other health issues I am dealing with. her staff is wonderful. she is always in a hurry. nurse practicioner is very nice, but does not have good skills and cannot diagnos correctly. Her associate dr. bruce gershwin does not prepare, by reading the chart of even faking that he knows about you or your treatment or diagnosis prior to seeing his patients and asks such questions as Why do we see you? Do you have cancer? When called Dr. Greenberg for a medication over the weekend, she was very angry and stated " I can not believe that you have called me on the weekend for that, you should know better. She never called in the medication. Not very caring or supportive.
