Dr. Jonathan Jacobs always takes the time to listen to me and the issues I'm having at the time. He explains things in a way that I can understand and gives alternative options

I agree that lately Dr. Jacobs has been less helpful. I couldn't get a word in edgewise at my last appointment. I left more confused and with more questions than when I arrived. The front desk has went downhill and Dr. Jacobs is taking less and less time lately. I did get a survey in the mail asking an opinion about what if Dr. Jacobs went to a VIP service. I'm looking for a new doctor after seeing him for 6 or so years.

Had been satisfied for years but recent visits are more hurried. Made an appointment for physical and had lab work done. Showed up at appointed time but he could not give physical cause his staff had scheduled time only for an office visit. Still wanted his $147 office visit fee and I had to pay for lab work - for nothing.

My husband and I are both so pleased with Dr. Jacobs. Not only is he spot-on with diagnoses and treatment, but willing to explain them. I so much appreciate having a physician who does not treat his patients like idiots.

Outstanding doctor. Although he does not file private insurance, I think it is worth it. There are no waits, he personally takes time to answer phone calls, and he works well with other docs. Outstanding.

Dr. Jacobs is probably the brightest, most caring physician that I have ever seen. He is patient and takes a tremendous amount of time with his patients.
