I have been seeing Dr. Idelfonso Flores for about 10 years. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. He has always taken the time to explain things to me and never seems to be in a rush, like many other physicians in Laredo. I especially like that he does not overbook his patients, making you spend hours in the waiting room. His staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

I had heard from a lot of people that Dr. Flores was a very good doctor and nice and everything, but I found out that this doctor was anything but. My grandmother had been going with him for months and he never found out what was wrong with her and he kept telling her that it was all in her head. She lost weight, got very weak and still when she was taken to the emergency room he kept insisting there was nothing wrong with her. After he told us at the hospital that she was going to die he told my aunt that we should not start blaming people after we wanted to know what went wrong. Maybe she was old and going to die but he could have been more considerate. He also left out of town the day after he told us that news it was very devastating. I thought doctors were supposed to be more empathetic and caring with their clients.

Dr. Flores is a great doctor and a fine gentleman. he is attentive, thorough, emapathetic, and listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. He's a gem and I recommend him to anyone in search of an excellent physician. He's an adults only doctor, and that's too bad because he has the kind of demeanor sets this 49 y.o. kid at ease.

Dr Flores is an old fashioned doctor who is very attentive and caring. His wonderful demeanor puts the patient at ease. He has helped me with many issues and I am satisfied. I must also comment that his office staff is exceptional and helpfum in all matters.
