Seven years ago I had a dispute with Dr. O’Neil’s sister over a procedure done at this office which did not work and cost me over $1500.00. I decided to put it behind me and book Dr. O’Neil for other treatments which I had done with her over many years prior to the dispute. She is good at what she does. I wanted to put it behind us and start fresh.
I call the office booked an appointment only to have the secretary call me back minutes later to cancel my appointment and tell me that I am never to book with that office again! For many years 15+ it was ok for them take my money ..but the one time that I felt the new treatment didn’t work I got … to bad!!
(By the way I didn’t ask for money back I only ask that the treatment be repeated and that I would pay something but not the full amount again.)
This is how this office treats people when things don’t go their way.
There smiles and courteous greetings are just a facade to keep you coming back.
I’ve actually heard the front staff talk about their clients while I was in the waiting room.
It’s a shame that Dr. O’Neil’s sister is running the show.

I find dr O’Neil and her staff to be rude and abrupt. Also, Both dr O’Neil and her main assistant look “overdone” with cosmetic procedures, not how I would want to look.

Dr. O’Neill has taken exceptionally good care of me and my skin for 24 years. I started seeing Dr. O’Neill as a teenager for acne. She made me feel at ease as she was friendly, compassionate, informative, and knowledgeable. Within several months of seeing Dr. O’Neill and being reassured by her wisdom and expertise, my skin was lovely, which helped me to regain my confidence and feel good about myself again. As an adult, Dr. O’Neill continued to take excellent care of my sensitive skin. I often wondered if she and her lovely office manager, Lori, had discovered a secret fountain of youth! Dr. O’Neill has given me tools and strategies to maintain my clear skin and, as I got older, a youthful, glowing and vibrant complexion. Over the years, I have seen Dr. O’Neill and her highly skilled team of professionals for facials, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, CoolSculpting, Botox and fillers such as Juvéderm. Dr. O’Neill’s ethics and honesty shine bright and are always at the forefront of her practice as she would never suggest something that I don’t need and in fact often recommends that I keep “doing what I’m doing,” even when I inquire about cosmetic treatments.

Thankfully when I was young, Dr. O’Neill emphasized the importance of sunscreen in order to avoid premature aging of my skin and, of course, the cosmetic and functional/disease-related problems that can occur if I didn’t wear and re-apply sunscreen on a daily basis.

Thank you, Dr. O’Neill, for being a genuine member of the masterclass of specialists as a dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate dermatologist. You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy and aesthetically pleasing outcome. I feel so blessed to know you, your wonderful team, and to have you as my dermatologist.

She has always been very professional, knowledgeable and foremost caring.
It is always a pleasure to be greeted in a friendly manner when you enter the clinic.

I have been going to see Dr.O'Neill for about 10 years and my parents used to go see her prior to me. Dr.O'Neill has taken great care of me for various issues and her and her staff have always been very accommodating and supportive. I highly recommend them and they do care! There's always 2 sides to every story and I have a hard time believing her refusing to check anything out when requested.

She almost killed me! Refused to biopsy a freckle and it was melanoma that spread to my lymphatic system! She was only interested in selling me Botox! Shame on her!

Dr. O'Neill is lovely - I've never felt rushed and have chatted with her on each visit. Not sure if the negative reviews are simply because people aren't getting the quick fixes/answers they want, but I find her to be excellent. Office staff are very friendly as well - both in person and on the phone. Looking forward to getting back in to see Dr. O'Neill once their office reopens.

I visited Dr. O'Neill for a case of severe eczema that overwhelmed my cheeks and forehead. She did not even have to officially exam my skin, she just took one glance and instantly knew it was eczema. Quite knowledgeable about treatment options, very abrupt and slightly arrogant. I was a little surprised that I was referred to her specifically, as she said she did not specialize in eczema, but rather aesthetic medicine, but nevertheless gave very helpful information. It was an easily forgettable yet beneficial experience.

Dr. O’Neill knew instantly when she walked in what my condition was and offered a solution. When I returned a year later after not finding satisfaction with the cream, she suggested an alternative. I was hesitant but she said if I changed my mind, I could come back. I ended up taking the prescription and decided to sit on it and consider it. She’s a specialist and doesn’t have time to waste. You’re going to her for a concern. Take her suggestion or don’t—but she’s a scientist and they offer medicine. Some doctors are just more chatty than others. I judge a doctor more on their ability to diagnose my condition, offer solutions, and welcome a follow up. She is in her office only Thursdays because she’s in surgery the others. She’s not a GP, she’s a specialist and some conditions require surgical treatment. I am thankful to have been referred to her.

Cancelled an appointment with 48 hrs notice and doctor office did not mention any thing about no show and tried to charge $ 75 no show fee( plus taxes) to re book. Not a great way to serve and help new patients. Also she only see new patients on Thursday and does not accommodate patient on any other day.
