Very nice doctor with a good sense of humor. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assit me and my family in getting the help we needed. Stress education with me-teaching about my condition.

This man should not be allowed to practice on a dog much less a human being. Not only was he the most incompetent physician I have ever come across, he created one life threatening situation after another for my daughter which ultimately resulted in her death; because of his medical incompetence, she spent the last three years of her life at St. Luke's while the hospital went through first a million dollar policy with Aetna and then about $500,000.00 with Blue Cross, Blue Shield. She did not die from her disease, she died from mistakes that he and his transplant team made and then blamed time after time on other doctors at the hospital. To make matters worse, she was not his only victim. For example, his team transplanted a cancerous liver into one patient only they discovered the cancer AFTER the transplant surgery due to their own failure to check the liver prior to implantation.

Unresponsive to patients request for follow-up. Leaves follow-up with his patient with his PA and is a little on the cocky side. Staff are not helpful at all and very dismissive. Supposed to be one of the best, but left me hanging even though I am still suffering symptoms.

I am very thankful to have found Dr. Galati. He and his staff were wonderful. He was very kind and understanding and I felt comfortable with him right away. He saved my life and you can't put enough into words to thank someone for that.

I am unsure what went wrong with this prior person, but Dr. Galati and his team has been nothing but a blessing. He is there for me always. Sure there are delays, but he is always there for me and my family.

The doctor and his staff are horrible. They do not return phone calls and the doctor has his nurse doing the physical exam. The clerk handling the insurance likes to mimic patients while not putting them on hold.

This doctor is very personable but when it comes to follow ups or trying to contact him for any reason it is next to impossible. His staff will not return your phone calls much less him. I had an urgent need to contact him when I was diagnosed with Diabetes and even my diabetes doctor was unable to contact him even though she told his staff that it was URGENT she get in contact with him since he was my liver doctor and needed to be consulted. She called him more than once to no avail so we finally gave up and told him his services were no longer needed or wanted. Maybe if he spent more time with his patients rather than his stupid little radio show on KTRH his clients would be better off.
