Dr Cope is great but not their billing office they changed me for a wellness visit and office visit at the same time the bill was over $500 my is paid. The doctor office has sent me a bill every month for six months for a $25 ,copay I don't owe.i have tried to resolve this all these months but get the runaround.YOU CAN'T EVEN GET THE BILLING DEPT TO ANSWER THE PHONE

I was dismissed by the practice because I refused to pay when they charged twice for one office visit. I liked the doctors and they seemed knowledgeable. However, according to the person in the billing department it is office policy to double charge patients. This is absurd and I will not do business with practices who value money more than human beings.

This is the worst office ever! The office staff are rude and incompetent. They are unorganized, do not keep good records, and do not care about their patients. They tried to charge me a missed appointment fee when I had rescheduled an appointment (not missed an appointment). When I refused, they said the Dr. would not see my son until I paid the $25. They lost a patient over $25. The lady in the billing department should not be working for a Dr.'s office - patients should be first.

I liked the practice a lot. He came recomended by a nbor and stayed late on his day off to see our daughter (a new patient). She felt better within 12 hrs of the Rx he prescribed. He spent a lot of time with us unlike many Drs these days, and was very thorough. As newcomers to the community I was grateful he was there for us and his staff was very kind and helpful.

To call this person a physician is an insult to the profession. If my morals were anything but of a high standard, he would have been slapped with a malpractice suit. I'm very confident in saying this man has NO business practicing medicine, and is a DANGER to the community. My health was compromised for over a year due to sheer negligence and ignorance; and as mentioned before my post, RUDE to boot! Shame on this man, his practice, and lack of ethics. How do you sleep at night?

I found Dr. Cope to be very rude and have little to no compassion. I was left wondering if he really cared about his patience. BEWARE!
