Staff is very rude and they act like your bothering them when you call for an appt

She is very knowledgeable and understand. 9 times out of 10 she takes you on time or before. Her staff however could be improved upon, I find her nurse rude and condescending. I am also disappointed that she only works 3 days a week. I don't like to be shifted to another co-worker and certainly not a "nurse practitioner"

Very good about referring specific issues out to specialty physicians. Very understanding. Very good in doing paperwork to get insurance prior authorizations for specialty physicians and medications. Very good in following up to see if medical problem resolves or at least gets better. Pain is treated appropriately.
