Love this doctor. She works with me on my fear of needles. I will go to no one else for shots or bloodwork! She is knowledgable and caring.

Whenever I see her, I get the impression that she truly cares. She's a good listener and doesn't make me feel rushed, like most other doctors do. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional, she's also relatable and has a good sense of humor. The waiting room and offices have a very serene feel to them and the receptionist is always polite and helpful.

awesome physician! listens to you focuses on your complaints explains all treatments and is very kind and caring. Truly refreshing in this day of medicine where physicians can't wait to get you out asap. I highly recommend this physician

After 4 phone calls in a period of 1 week Dr. Hui finally returned my call. She explained that she did receive my messages and that her office policy is that her patients must see her at least once a year, and that after 13 months of not seeing her I've become an "inactive" patient in her book. She would therefore not be able to help me unless I came to her office. I figured maybe she didn't understand the entire situation and I proceeded to explain to her that I'm 31 yrs. old, that I feel healthy and that the medication she prescribed to me last time I saw her was working well, that I still had refills for it but that I couldn't refill it only because the medicine manufacturer was experiencing issues. I added that I have a full time job and that I have a 9 month old and that I cannot take time off right now to see her. Her response was a chuckle followed by: "good luck to you with your situation". I was speechless.

I like the small, more private setting, and I think the doctor truly cares -- at least for the short while she sees you. She rushes through explanations a little -- at the end she asks if I have questions but I'm usually a little dazed and overwhelmed and can't think of them right away. I was somewhat irritated with the staff -- I called wanting to talk to Dr. Hui, but the receptionist told me to just make an appointment. If I'd been able to talk to the doctor, I could've made two office visits instead of three. On the whole, I recommend Dr. Hui and don't plan to switch doctors.

What the rating says on the bottem is a complete lie. Thier staff is friendly and good natured i get all my calls returned and they make sure they are providing great servies for their patients the medical assistant is outstanding along with the doctor. that office is the best office i have ever been to

Dr. Hui is knowledgeable and on time. But, she does not return patients's calls all the time because her receptionist does not give her the messages and wants to know the exact nature of the call. If the receptionist does not think your call is important, then you are out of luck to talk to the doctor. I complained to the doctor that considering the receptionist's lack of medical knowledge it is unfair for the patients to be screened like this, and she promised to talk to her receptionist but I did not see any improvement and therefore, changed to another doctor. I think for patients, a professional staff is as important as a having a good and knowledgeable doctor and it is the doctor's responsibility to make sure that her staff are considerate and professional. Incompetent staff can create much unneeded stress for patients, especially when health problems occur.
