I love Dr. Kletz! No question I ask is dumb-- he genuinely cares for me and the solutions to my allergy problems! all of the phlebotomists are excellent--no pain! The front desk staff is very pleasant and efficient! I recommend Dr. Kletz and staff to everyone-- coworkers, family, friends, strangers on the metro!

it is nothing compared to my primary care doctor, THEY make me wait and when I ask a question I can tell sometimes that there is doubt. It took several doctors to see me before I was referred here. And I feel like I am being treated well for my health condition.

Staff is polite and kind and makes time for everyone no matter the difficulty. If there is a problem they refer. They follow up with/ at an excellent rate compared to other offices.
