Excellent -- his explanations are more complete than other orthos I saw; he went out of his way to explore options other than surgery; and when we had to schedule surgery, we had an extended appointment to go over EVERY question I had, and many of mine were far out in left field. My first post-surgical physical therapist said his work was consistently excellent, as did my regular physical therapist. He's very personable, very confident, and he inspired confidence. His credentials are very impressive, and he received extended post-graduate training in orthopedics. I work in a related field, and am very conscious of the level of care I receive. He is one of only two doctors who has ever earned my highest and unqualified recommendation. (Punctuality: he never rushes patients, so it's worth any wait. He is more punctual than many doctors.)

Saw the doc for a shoulder problem (possible rotator cuff tear). First time seeing this doctor, and he seems very competent and trustworthy.
