If you have relatively minor issues Dr Marty is great and his staff is very friendly. You pay a yearly fee here and for that get very personal care. But if things get complicated or too time consuming the staff shows their irritation in person and on the phone. Additionally, Dr Marty is not aggressive in getting to the reason for a symptom but will either write if off to underlying known condition or pass you off quickly to a specialist. Dr Marty is very kind but I don't feel he is good for complicated issues. I left his office a while ago and my new physician diagnosed and successfully treated what Marty would not pursue.

Dr Theodore Marty III and his staff are the utmost professionals! I was seen at the springfield pike location for a routine follow up that I was unable to attend with my regular primary care Dr. out of state. My situation being very unique and my circumstances made for overwhelming difficulties in my mind. I was an emotional & physical wreck for several weeks prior to seeing Dr. Marty and his staff. With research &Participation in my health care, asking for help and cooperation from all parties, I was ultimately able to resolve my Issues.Initially I was directed to go to the local emergency room but through persitant communications between myself, my social worker, Dr. Marty's staff and the staff from my primary care provider out of state I got the soonest appointment available. Dr Marty had all of my records prior to my appointment and spoke with my PCP out of state before seeing me. He was completely informed of all my medical issues and the WHOLE ME! KUDOS! 9.95 of 10

Dr. Marty is " THE GREATEST " !!!!!!!If He ever is not around for me I do not know what I will do. HE TRULY CARES !!!!!

This is one of the few doctors who EVER followed up my calls promptly - in person and not his nursing staff. In addition he was genuinely concerned about my welfare --- His practice is not an assembly line of patients.
