Great staff! He is on time for the most part. Sometimes running late but usually do to a hospital emergency or a procedure, which is to be expected. He has a nurse practioner who will see patients as well. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. Quick New patient appointments, other doctors made us wait a month, we got in within 7 work days

My husband had a heart attack and was treated by Dr. Hearn. Neither of us cared for his bedside manner. The majority of the time he seemed hurried and came across as an alarmist, which isn't good when it comes to a heart condition nor did it help with my high blood pressure. On rare occasions were we able to meet with him on follow up visits but we both felt that he was the heart doctor and that's who we wanted to speak with. We have since changed to another heart doctor and glad we did. As it turned out, my husband had open heart surgery and I don't think either of us would have faired as well had we not gotten a different doctor. We didn't feel he was very compassionate and we never really felt satisified with the answers he gave to our questions.

Dr. Hearn is skilled and knowledgeable but leaves a lot to be desired as far as patient relationships are concerned. Seemed annoyed and rushed when asked questions on one occasion and failed to show up for a post-procedure results meeting on another. Had to chase him down, almost literally.
