Dissatisfied with the level of care given and the amount of effort put forth was minimal by the Doctor. Did not take care of my condition and seemed to give up when it got difficult to treat.

Dr. Wu is unqualified and should have her medical license taken away. I went in to have a red area on my leg looked at. She felt it was cancerous and took a biopsy and then stitched the HOLE in my leg up. She asked me to return after the time line she set to allow the stitches to heal. She told me there was no cancer, removed the stitches and really for the most part didn't diagnose anything or help me find a way to heal my leg. Within a week the hole opened up and it has taken a year to heal the would she choose to make and I will now have a scar about the size of a quarter for the rest of my life. All due to her horrific work. I contacted her office to complain and ask her to fix the problem she created and her response was to schedule another appointment that she would charge me for to fix the wound that she created. She is inept and a terrible mindless doctor. I would not recommend her to diagnose a Mosquito bite.

Dr.Wu is excellent and listens to what you are saying. She makes sure you understand what she wants you to do and personnaly calls you if you are having any problems. as far as her staff, maryann the front desk person is excellent and extremely helpful she goes out of her way to help. on the other hand marynell the ma is rude and comes across unhappy and acts like she doesn't want to be there and she is bothered that she has to wait on you. Thank goodness for the other staff members, that is for sure.

Very bad bed side manor. Abrupt and curt when asked questions. Didn't even give me a robe to put on and did NOT do a full body skin scan!! Isn't that one of the findamental reasons you go to a dermatologist - to have him/her look over your body for any irregular spots?? She then prescribed 2 medications that weren't covered by my insurance (shouldn't a doctor know what types of Rx are covered - since they know what type of insurance you have - it's on the form I filled out!) Then the office never called the pharmacy back after the pharmacy made several attempts to rectify the situation by having the doc change the Rx.
