As the old saying goes, you get what you paid for! My son got his top braces in Dec and bottom in Jan and by Oct the dentist took off his braces. he had to have a flipper for a tooth he was born with out (dr felt he should wait until older to have a permanent one, when we came back for a monthly followup Dr. told us he could go with a permanent one i of course still owed for the flipper and he commented he owed up money as he took braces off sooner then planed and would pay 400.00 of the cost. i still wanted to wait i had a bill off 580.00 for the flipper i had just purchased. long story short my sons teeth have all shifted back and look the same as before braces. My sister also took my nephew and my friend took her son and all agree the boys teeth have shifted and it was a waste of money and the monthly trips driving an hour each way. i wouldn't recommend Downie Dental for braces to anyone.....they are all really nice people but just not knowledgeable with braces and almost always had wait for visit

Dr. Paul Downie is a remarkable Dentist as well as a an extrodinary human being. He and his staff are the best of the best and I would highly recomend them. Dr. Downie helped me get the much needed dental work done, when I was not financially able to do so. He made it happen, and I am forever greatful. Thank you, Everett J Smith

Dr. Downie and his staff are wonderful! My two sons needed braces and Dr. Downie did a great job. We drive over an hour one way, and it is well worth the time.

Dr. Downie and his staff are amazing...I drive 90 miles round trip to his office and it is so worth it. I will never go another place but here for me and my kids.

Everyone at Downie Dental is very friendly, We drive almost an hr. one way to come to Downie. But plan to sit for atleast half hour after you sign in atleast we always have but what we save comming here is worth the extra time.

Dr. Downie is the best dentist around. I have been going to him for 35+ years. My wife, who used to hate going to the dentist, looks forward to seeing Dr. Paul. He is very conscientious and makes a point of detail. My parents, three siblings and their families also go to him. Joining his practice are his daughter and son who do a great job also. We are glad the Downie Dentistry will continue for a long time.

We have been with Dr. Downey for about 10 years for orthodonics when we lived 25 miles away. Now we live 80 miles away and we have not changed Drs. He is a great Dr. and works to make the experience at his office very pleasurable. His costs are very reasonable and his staff works hard with the insurance companies so we don't have to deal with them. I recommend his office to anyone looking for a dentist or orthodontist with reasonable costs.

I've been going to Paul Downie my whole life. He's nice, friendly, compassionate, and understanding. He works with you concerning schedules, finances, family needs, and other issues that come up. I would never trust any other dentist with my teeth. He's very knowledgeable and always takes my needs and comfort into consideration before his own gain. He's an amazing dentist!!! I absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
