Horiable experience with this doctor from the start. Does not listen, talks over me trying to change subject and rambled on about something that had nothing to do with me or my concerns. He is rude and very obnoxious, staff seemed to be unhappy or maybe even disgusted with their jobs. Would defiantly not recommend this practice to anyone!

Refuses to listen to what you have to say or conserns. Only tries to treat thyroid and heart problems. Never returns phone calls or follows up on lab results. It's pointless seeing this Dr. You would die waiting for his help.

The staff @ Dr Jadali's office was very unprofessional. When I would finish with a check up on my thyroid, they would say they would call me with the results, they never would. I always had to call them, and then they would act angry that I was calling. Also, if they found a problem, they said they would call to schedule a follow up appt or to have Dr Jadali talk with me...never happened. Dr Jadali himself was very "scattered". He didn't seem to listen to things I would tell him and would quickly disregard them. One visit I told him I was still having heart palpitations although I no longer had HYPERthyroidism. He attributed it to anxiety and recommended I take Xanax to see if that would help. When I went back for my follow up, I told him I tried taking xanax and it didn't help. He immediately asked why I had taken Xanax, and said that wasn't a good idea, it was dangerous because its addictive. I tried to tell him he was the one who recommended it, but he wouldnt let me get a word in.
