Dr farber is his own favorite super star ! I went to every appointment. And did every test. He did not come to my appointment to explain my upcoming heirs hernia surgery. Instead of rescheduling. He just left me hanging. The surgery was in 2 days. Every staff member assured me. Don't worry. I problem. It has been a year now since surgery. My life is MISERABLE !!!! No matter what I eat I have horrible bloating and gas !!!! Gas and belching is horrible. And every day. Sometimes it goes on all day. Yesterday I had water and a dry piece of toast for breakfast. And gas belching bloating and pain all day. I canceled my plans for the day. I don't know how anyone stands to be near me. I never felt this way before. Supposedly. My brutal hernia was large and dangerous. I wish I never had the surgery. And he is non existent once he is done. He just doesn't Care. . A self important person !!!!! Who only cares about getting you to do the surgery. No matter what. During tests that were really hard. Dr farber suggested I wasn't trying. A test where you have to swallow a tube with a scope on the end. I went through it twice. I was bleeding and crying from the pain. It was horrible. It was not a chance that I wasn't trying. It's a difficult and painful test. That damaged my throat. If you must get the surgery. Get a better surgeon. Or don't do it. No matter what !!!! This is the. Reedy money maker for these kinds of drs. And dr farber dies not care about you !!!!!

Great bedside manner. He took the time to explain the procedure and rearrange his surgical schedule to make sure I was seen as soon as possible. He even called my family personally to let them know how my surgical procedure went.
