Dr. Rich needs to improve in her BEDSIDE matter, my spouse feels very incomfortable with her and she tends not to speak to both of us, she gives us the impression as spouses are not welcome in her patient visit. I believe that she is knowledgeable of Kidney disease. We are looking for another doctor, Dr. Rich once came into a visit with another student doctor but did not ask us permission, and she is very rude not even a hello to the spouse. Her nurse is very very nice. Looking for another doctor.

Always late for appointments, rude staff, poor ability to manage dialysis; didn't feel like she wanted to help w/ improving health status.
