My son had his 1st visit today he's 10 and Dr.Parsons was great! She was very thorough during the exam. All of the staff members were friendly and the office was clean and kid friendly. I'm so happy to have found a pediatrician who really cares for children and not about the insurance. She is truly a Godsend.

She has her staff will refuse care to children if they can't process your insurance correctly or if they do not care for the parents. They are very rude and will call out information out infront of other patients/guardians. They will also call you personally to refuse care/cancel appointments for your chid when they find who has made remarks on these helpful websites and reply back with comments about your statements. This proves how unfriendly they are to their clients.

We saw Dr.Parsons for a sick visit and she missed a serious diagnosis for my daughter. It took over 5 hours to receive a call back for a stat lab test.
