Before I saw Dr. Todd I read a very brave you that she rushes you through your appointment I did not feel that way at all she was very thorough and I liked her as a doctor a lot

I was concerned that Dr. Todd seemed to be in such a hurry to leave the room being as she had only been in the room for 4 minutes. She could have at least pretended to be a little more concerned with my problems. It would be nice to be greeted when she enters the room also. I don't want to be there any more than she wants me there. I'm paying for someone to help me when I have a medical issue. Will be looking for another doctor.

At first it seemed like she was going to be a great doctor,for my grandmother who is 77 years old, but when she received a EKG for her heart and was not given anything to cover the upper body with during the process, also there has been multiple times that a prescription was to be sent in for her and never was, she lacks the ablity to communicate, when called she nor the nurses contact my grandmother back until several days later. most recently my grandmother was having issues with her blood pressure called to try to see dr. todd found out she was out of town the nurse asked my grandmother what her problem was and informed her she can go to MD360 because none of the dr. here have availability. I know doctors can be busy and need to have time to themselves but there has been no answers or help for any of the x-rays, Mri, blood work. etc.. I would not recommend this doctor and I will be finding my grandmother someone who actually cares about her comfort and wellbeing.

Never seen more disorganized office or such rude staff. Went for an annual physical in 12/2013. Arrived for appt & told "nobody knew you were coming in this early" despite front office calling ME to establish time.When Dr. entered room she did not offer salutation or introduction.I asked why I was not having testing done & she said I would have to schedule that later.After providing medical info was told "thought you were mighty young to have so much wrong with you."Briefly mentioned hip pain when asked if having issues. After checking out w/ melancholic lady at desk, swore I'd never return. Billed for "injury visit". Called # listed on the bill. Was told that visit was billed to insurance as "hip pain" instead of annual exam & added to my deduct.Called many times over last 6 mths--forwarded to various people.Was told today that coding wouldn't change & if I didn't pay I wouldn't be seen in their office any longer.I wouldn't point even my most annoying acquaintance in their direction!

dr. todd is a excellent physician. gives me options, listens, and actually calls you when you ask her to call!!.... not a staff member. I would recommend dr. todd :)

Very helpful, knowledgable,and correctly diagnosed me when 4 other MDs didn't. Asks questions and spends time listening. Very willing to work with my concerns.

This doctor refused to give scripts for an MRI (later order by orthopedic dr and revealed significant problems requiring surgery) and a bone density scan ( later ordered by another physician and revealed significant bone loss). Does not allow discussion with patient concerns. Overall, a poor doctor.
