Because of this sorry excuse for a doctor thinking that she knows everything without having to listen to her patient, I'll be having major surgery. For a year and 1/2 I'd voiced my concerns about several painful symptoms I was having as well as the fact that my husband and I were unable to conceive. Each time she blew me off saying that I was too young to have any serious problem and that it was all in my head, never having run any tests to be certain. After the last blatantly rude experience in her presence I found a new doctor who is intelligent and compassionate. I just turned 30 and found out that there are several large cysts engulfing my reproductive organs and now I'm facing the fact that I may never have children.

On January of this year i just transfered to the area not knowing any doctor to take care of me for my preganancy. After searching i decided to try Dr. Wilburn.I took my transfer papers stating that i have stantionary Diabetes. First time i had an appointment with her she had mention i was too heavy and had to loose weight and probably my sugars would be under control. Every visit i went she told me that everything was fine and that nothing was wrong. As if waiting for an average of three hours for each appointment was not enough to drive me mad, she never showed up to deliver my baby! When I lost my plug, I thought I was going into labor, so I called her office. They told me to wait and when my contractions were less than five minutes apart go to the hopital. Well, I did not go into labor that day, but I called back the next day not knowing what was going on. Dr. Wilburn decided to yell at me and make me cry!!! Well, I did go into labor the next day, and I was at home waiting for the contractions to be closer together. Finally, our neighbor, who is a fireman, came over and told me to go to the hospital. Then, the hospital told me that I should have come in as soon as my water broke. So, she told me the wrong thing. Then, when the hospital called she would not send over my file and did not believe I was going into labor. So, she never showed up! Do not under any circumstances use Dr. Wilburn!!!!
