I was diagnosed with kidney stones and needed to see a doctor ASAP and was referred to Dr. Ellis by my Primary Care Physician. I called to make appointment and was given a date over a month away so I asked to be put on cancellation list and explained again I was told to see a doctor as soon as possible. On 11/11/14 I received a letter stating “due to schedule changes your appointment with Dr. Ellis had to be changed from 12/4/14 to 12/18/14.” On 12/18/14, less than 2 hours before my appointment, I received a call from Dr. Ellis ’ office that my appointment had been cancelled and the next appointment they could give me was over a month away.
I should have realized when I received his 2 page “Agreement For Treatment” with all its disclaimers and asking for consent to give, take, reproduce my information and then give my any or all the information they collected to anyone at “Orlando Health’s sole discretion” that this is a doctor to stay far, far away from. It took over 3 months to never see this doctor. I guess he took the hypocrites oath instead of the Hippocratic Oath.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I went in because I had a diagnosis of low testosterone from my Primary doctor and was referred to a uro. to find out why. 1st apt was fine and the dr seemed very nice as well as the staff. He had me do blood work on the first apt and told me the same thing my primary told me low testosterone, second apt had me go get cat scan and that came out normal. So I left with no diagnosis. A few months later I get a bill from a collection agency saying I owe Dr. Ellis office money. I never received 1 bill or phone call and they have all the correct info. Called the insurance to find out why they would not cover the apt and they said it was bc of the diagnosis code, and Dr Ellis had diagnosed me with ED, and that was not true, called office and they said they would take care of it. Second time I get a bill, called insurance, this time they said he diagnosed me with infertility, again wrong. 2 false diagnosis, makes an untrustworthy Dr. Be careful...

Professional and caring. Appointment always prompt.I can't say enough about him.He took great care of me when I developed a Kidney Stone and became septic.He's the best!!!!!
