Totally rude and horrible attitude. No bedside manner. Staff needs retraining. If you're going to charge over the top, have some compassion for your patients! Never coming back to that office. Huge waste of time and energy...

I absolutely love Dr Ehrim, the one stars are for his staff - they have pushed me off many times and lied about trying to reach me. I had one appointment cancelled since I had insurance but not ID card yet and now I was told today when I called to ask about my new appointment time (since I have my ID cards for instance) that they called me to cancel the appointment because for whatever reason that day they aren’t seeing people and pushed my appointment off a week. I can’t help but think the doctor would not like this - I have a herniated disc and what feels like bone on bone in my back. My appointment was the 16th and now it’s moved to the 23rd. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Ehirim "PRINCEWILL" known to my daughter at Case Western in OH when he was a resident under Alan R. Cohen. After many years of NF2 procedures she had bad veins, but Princewill could always find them. She always compared a good IV input to him. NOT to mention the wonderful difficult surgeries he assisted Dr. Cohen with. LOVE YOU PRINCEWILL (1995-Brooke Ellen Raines) deceased 05/2010.)

After many doctors, treatments and years of suffering and fear of surgery, Dr. Ehirim put me at ease with his friendly but more importantly confident and knowledgeable approach. I had my spinal fusion surgery on my low back and I was given my life back. 8 years later I am returning to him for what may probably be my second back surgery on my mid back. I know I am in the best hands possible.Thank you Dr. Ehirim.
