I was unaware that I had a balance due until I received a certified letter, when I spoke to the staff they said I would have to pay the balance first and then I could get my medication. When I paid the balance they informed me he would no longer see me as a patient so I now I have to find another dr. and I have no medication. This is absolutly the worst dr. and staff they knew i was low on meds. and gave me no warning, and yes they cancel appts. last minute. Stay away from Dr. Wilson

Will NEVER use him again. Has cancelled various appts. I had questions about a script and he would not take the 2 mins needed to answer them. As I left, he was arguing loudly with staff. I am sorry about his illness but my experience was TERRIBLE.

He was very warm and friendly including all his staff. He does not rush you in or out and answers all your questions. He has been my physican for a long time now and coming from a medical family with both a doctor and nurse for parents he talks to you not at you. Great bedside manner.

I have seen Dr. Wilson for years, but I'm looking for a new doctor. He frequently cancels appointments due to vertigo (and has no back-up), doesn't take patient concerns seriously, and gives awful referrals. I want a doctor with a more 'whole person' approach, who I can trust to find out what is wrong.

Wilson ordered a ton of scary tests and did not tell me the reason why; he left the room saying he would be back and did not return. The staff is polite, but uninformed, and were unable to explain why I needed a C-T, 3 ultrasounds and an MRI. He would not come to the phone when I asked if he would to explain. After I took the tests, he was out of the office a lot and it took a long time to get the results, during which time I was very concerned. When I did finally get through to him via his answering service, I told him I was still having pain and could I have meds; he lost his temper a little bit and said he didn't call in antibiotics or pain meds and that the conversation was over. At this point, he hung up.He also did not order a urinalysis, despite the fact that I tested positive for blood during a preliminary in the office.

Out of 4 scheduled appts with Dr.Wilson 2 were cancelled by his staff less than 2 hours before my scheduled appt time because he had not shown up for work due to "dizzyness". I am a young person who went to him with a list of very new medical problems of which he would only address one of my problems.Saying that he wants to focus only on the most severe issue first. He leaves the office to "look for more information" stating "I'll be right back" never to return to the exam room. I requested an FMLA form to be completed and his response ( per his staff) is that he never saw me for that!! It was the ONLY symptom he was treating!I have since switched doctors but after several calls to his office have been unable to have Dr.Wilson aknowledge that I was treated by him for migraines.

AAA+++ Great office staff, prompt, great doctor, bedside manner, Couldn’t ask for more! Knowledgeable, asks good questions, refers when you need to see a specialist, caring, concerned, I could go on and on! Have been seeing him for several years now and this is a great practice for your entire family.
