Dr. Janssen is no professional, he is a hack! He attempted to diagnose me w/o ever meeting me or viewing actual imaging. What a disgrace!

I had a surgery to correct my scoliosis that disabled me. Two years of pain and inability to stand or walk very well without the use of trekking poles followed. I was told to seek a pain management specialist. I went to another physician (2 in fact) who did another extensive surgery (9 hours) to fix the initial process. I stood up after surgery and I felt I got my life back! I can now stand, walk and enjoy life again mostly pain free. I would never recommend him to anyone.

When I went to the office they found that my hardware was broken in my back. My original fusion had never taken place. Ms Vera had found the problem. They set me up an appointment with Dr. Janssen. I will never see anyone else for my back. He took excellent care of me. I am no longer in any pain. My quality of life is great. Thank you to Ms . Vera.

I have had a rough road with neck fusion and had a significant drop of confidence in Dr. Jannsen and because of a significant allergy to chromium a component of titanium and a significant post surgical staff infection requiring a second surgery and 7 day hospital and care center stay on heavy IV antibiotics that depleted my intestinal microbiotic flora precursing major cdiff/septic infection causing a 27 day hospital stay on IV antibiotics has left me nearly incapacitated however Dr Jannsen and staff are committed to getting me better, getting my life back, unfortunately another surgery is required to remove the toxic cervical fusion titanium implant and the reconnection of two medial major neck muscles in October 2017. I am not looking forward to the surgery and recovery due to last experience, however, starting over with another surgeon would be grueling. I have had an in depth conversation with Dr Jannsen and he has given me great assurances that he will take very, very good care of me and so it is onward and upward to regain my life back.

Had all my back/neck surgeries by Dr Janssen and would not go anywhere else. He and Ruth have taken great care me the past 12 years and have been blunt truthful with my issues. Would not go to anyone else.

Had surgery for severe spinal stenosis. Final result is my pain is gone and am recovering with little to no pain after a couple of days. Thank you Dr. Jansen!

Dr Janssen was able to diagnose my problem and offer a solution after discussing all the options. I am confident in his surgical skills and would not think about going to another spine surgeon for my surgery.

I drove from South Dakota after a motor vehicle accident fractured my C1 vertebrae. I wore a hard neck collar after the accident. My good friend in Denver referred me to Dr. Janssen in Colorado since I could not get answers to how my neck was healing from providers in South Dakota. I was SO RELIEVED to finally have Dr. Janssen review my MRIs and CT Scans. He and his staff are AMAZING and explained why my neck was popping and grinding and that I would be okay! I recommend Dr. Janssen and the Center for Spine and Orthopedics to anyone. I wish I would have been lifeflighted to Colorado to have Dr. Janssen as my doctor from the beginning. It is worth the drive to Thornton, CO for Dr. Janssen and his PA Ruth. Thank you!

Dr. Janssen was prompt , very informative and able to do injection same day. He was was very patient and willing to listen which is so important to me. The office staff was very personable and thorough as well.
